Description
The Glocal Community Partners "Community Heals" initiative serves as a poignant case study on the role of faith-based organizations in facilitating refugee integration amidst a climate of social and political division. By addressing the profound sense of loss—specifically the loss of community, familiarity, and safety—experienced by refugees arriving in Boise, Idaho, the organization positions the local church as a vital "bridge" for welcoming the stranger.
